After more than 20 years as a trusted accounting leader in Denver, Colorado, I reached a pivotal moment: I realized the industry needed a more personal, transparent, and cost-effective approach to staffing accounting professionals. That’s what drove me to launch – Material Talent Solutions, LLC (MTS Staffing) as a firm grounded in financial integrity, practical reason, and genuine human connection because each one of us is material to our own success and MTS Staffing would like to help you get there.   

Since I’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table, I understand what companies need in their accounting departments today, and I know how hard professionals work to find a role that truly fits the individual. That’s why I created a business model that not only offers more competitive rates vs the industry standard but also puts people in new and exciting roles where their skills and values align with a company’s mission.
