Refund Policy For Appointments

1. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized platforms. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, including course details, payment receipt, and any necessary instructions.

 

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, and other options as listed on our website. All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made in less than 1 day prior or less than 24 hours prior to the course start date are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course. Participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund and/or alternative dates.

 

4. Rescheduling Policy
Participants may request to reschedule their booking up to 1 day before the course start date, subject to availability.

5. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the course. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. For online courses, participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and the required software or tools.

 

6. Course Materials
Course materials, if provided, are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Access to digital materials will be granted upon course commencement and may be available for a limited time.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the course. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
